1 Man City

3 Man United
4 Arsenal

I cannot see Liverpool finishing in the top 4, or Tottenham due to their lack of transfer activity. You really feel they needed to strengthen

I'm thinking the same as you mate really.

1 City
2 Chelsea
3 U****d
4 Arsenal

Liverpool will lose Coutinho, that's them done. Everton aren't equipped to cope with the Europa League & Premier League yet & Tottenham will look stale IMO

City
Filth
Chelski
Everton

With Pep, on his frustrations that the window doesn't close until after the leagues has started but as it all sits currently, I like Ronald Koeman and think he will sneak Everton into the mix, with Arse, Liverfool and Spuds all within a dirty neck. City will be a couple or more lengths clear of a Filth and Chelski photo finish for 2nd/3rd, who will be another couple of lengths clear of Everton in fourth.

A lot will depend on what happens between now and the end of August.
Coutinho/Hazard/Sanchez/De Gea would all have major implications if sold.

City
Liverpool
Chelsea
Spurs

More in hope than anything else - can't see Lukaku & Matic making that much difference to Utd, Arsenal seem in total disarray, Chelsea's signings are not that worrying.
